For most of the vulnerable women we reach, their greatest desire is to provide an education for their children. This is true for Stephen’s mother. When Stephen was a young boy, his father abandoned the family. Unfortunately, his mother struggled to provide for herself and couldn’t afford the fees necessary to send Stephen to school. So, Watoto is coming alongside this family, providing Stephen with an excellent education.

Stephen is now studying at a good community school where he loves his classes. His teachers dote on him, and this has helped him fit in easily. He loves mathematics and English. Stephen loves soccer, and he dreams of becoming a sportsman in the future. Stephen loves the colour blue, and he enjoys eating beans and rice. He loves to read storybooks and during the school holidays, he helps his mother around the house.

On Sunday, Stephen attends church. There, he sings praises to God and is spiritually nourished. Stephen loves the Lord because He answers his prayers by giving him everything he asks for. We pray that Stephen will grow steadily in his relationship with God. Thank you so much for your generosity. Together, we are raising leaders.
