This is Margret! Little Margret witnessed her parent's relationship fall apart as a result of domestic violence. Life was never the same. She was taken to live with her grandmother because her mom could not afford to look after them both. In the span of a few months, life took an unexpected turn for the family when Margret's mother joined the Watoto Neighborhood program. She was warmly embraced and equipped with income generating skills and her little Margret was enrolled in a good school.

Margret is overly joyed that she now gets to eat more than two meals a day. She says that her best part of her new school is the uniform. She loves color blue and enjoys eating chicken. Margret loves to help. "Can I do the dishes" she says with a smile to her mom. She loves fashion.

A one jolly Margret is part of a children's small group where she enjoys learning about new Bible verses. It is our joy to watch Margret bloom into the person she has always dreamed to be.
