Aida is a single mother from central Uganda. She relied solely on earnings from the petty jobs she did for people around the community. Aida was a member of the neighborhood program when she learned about Watoto Child Care Ministries. She joyfully applied to be a housemother and after a careful screening and training process, she was accepted and put in charge of one of the beautiful, cozy Watoto homes. 

She loves the children and dotes on them always. Aida sends the children off to the Watoto School each day with a prayer. She ensures that they are always neatly dressed and makes them nourishing meals. Aida says it is her joy to serve them and to let them know that the future is bright.

On Sundays, she accompanies her family to the Watoto Church. Please pray for Aida to continually experience Godly wisdom and patience as she raises the future leaders of Uganda.
