Joyce is a single mother and a committed Christian. She worked at several odd jobs and sold home-made snacks to provide single-handedly for her children after her husband abandoned. She learned about Watoto Child Care Ministries and applied to be a housemother. After successfully completing the screening and training process, Joyce came into a Watoto Village.

Joyce was given leadership of a family of precious Watoto boys and girls. She lovingly guides and nurtures them spiritually as well as physically with healthy, daily meals. Joyce also loves to teach her children good manners. In her free time, she likes playing and talking with her children. 

Joyce attends the Watoto Church on Sundays with her children, her prayer is that they grow up in the way of the Lord. She is thankful to God for blessing her with the opportunity to raise the children. Please pray for her to continually receive godly guidance as she continues her ministry.
