Jennifer is a committed Christian and a single mother from central Uganda. After she separated from her husband, providing for her family became difficult. She made and sold simple crafts, but this was not enough to meet all their needs. When she heard of the opportunity to serve in Watoto, she felt led to apply to be a housemother. After she was accepted, she came to a Watoto Village.

Over time, Jennifer has devotedly cared for a Watoto Home of precious Watoto children. She ensures they are healthy and well fed by preparing delicious nourishing meals for them. Jennifer guides them in their work and makes them feel loved. She is happy with her life and every morning sends her children off to the Watoto School each day with a prayer. In her free time, she loves reading the Bible and playing with the children.

Jennifer takes her family to the Watoto church every Sunday to study and learn the word of God. Please pray for Jennifer as she mentors these precious young people that God will daily anoint her with His wisdom.
