Mordecai joined Watoto alongside his mother who is currently serving as a house mother in one of the Watoto homes. Because of her love for children, she applied to serve. After a careful assessment, training, and probation, she was offered a home to head which she joined with two of her very own. Mordecai is currently in school and is excited to study and accomplish his dreams. 

Together with his mom, Mordecai was welcomed by wonderful Watoto children who have grown to be his siblings. Blue is his favorite color. Mama makes a chore wheel every month which she pins up for the children to see and follow. Mordecai is diligent with his work. He enjoys playing games like soccer during his free time.

Sundays are marked as his best on the calendar because he gets to recite his memorized verse and get an award from his Sunday school teacher. Words fall short of how good God has done in Mordecai's life. We pray that he will grow into a God-fearing man who loves and fears the Lord. Thank you for loving us.
