Kevin comes from the central region of Uganda. She was abandoned by her dad when she was young. Following the plight, Kevin lived with her mother who struggled to make ends meet by cooking food in a local restaurant. Her earnings were not enough to secure Kevin an education. Through the Watoto Neighborhood program, her mother was embraced, empowered, and engaged whereas Kevin was enrolled in school at no cost.

She is going to one of the best schools in the community which she has grown fond of and participates in all activities. Kevin loves the color blue, and her best dish is matooke and groundnuts. In the future, she would love to be a teacher. At home, she helps mama with house chores like doing laundry. In her free time, Kevin loves to tell stories with her friends.

Watoto ensures that Kevin receives everything she needs, and this is inclusive of adequate medical care. We also ensure that she is mentored along her spiritual walk with Christ.
