Ella was rescued by a Good Samaritan, who found her abandoned by the roadside. After efforts by the local authorities to trace her biological family were futile, Watoto Child Care Ministries was requested to take care of Ella. She was brought to the Watoto Babies’ Home, where loving nannies nurtured and cared for her.

When Ella had outgrown the Babies’ Home, a devoted housemother welcomed her into a new home in the Watoto village. She is now part of a Watoto family, and has new Watoto brothers and sisters who are excited to have her. Her favorite game is playing with balloons. When she is a little older, she will go to a Watoto school.

On Sundays, Ella and her family attend service at the Watoto Church. Please pray that she will come to understand the love of God and will accept Jesus into her life. Thank you for your generous financial support that is enabling Watoto to secure a bright future for Ella.
